Surely this should be mapping to member id, which can be used to check if they're a member? There's no reason to be exposing email addresses registered in private.

updated. This can currently be done by tapping the card on the door, but not for people whose subscriptions have expired.

The new mqtt listeners can tell if a former member attempted access, and they can handle this differently to an unknown card.
