i guess the cert got rolled and a new key(?) but we should be reusing the old key and sending a new csr (?).

tlsa record is 3 1 1, but maybe should be 1 1 1?

(I don't have time to check this now, just dumping this quickly so it gets recorded somewhere).

added --reuse_key to knuth:/etc/apache2/ssl/wiki.london.hackspace.org.uk/renew.sh and regenerated the tlsa record.
