We'd like to have a pedestrian gate, with doorbot-style electronic lock, to avoid the hassle of changing the back gate code and opening the vehicle gates.
We have approval in principle from the landlord to fit this, but we'll need to submit plans for approval. Budget of (initially) £500 is allocated for this.
We need to work out how we're going to fit the gate, and also how we're going to electronically lock it.
