Hi @bailey84j Would you be available on (provisionally) Thursday 8th July to give a talk on this? I think a brief overview of the workflow starting with the request in Service-now, then follow through the steps/apps/CICD/integrations/testing/etc to get a working server out the other end? (If I've got that right!) Then if you get specific questions about one part, you can go into more detail for that part.
