[calendar] Caldav backend not sync with the feeds. #558

I.  Issue Description:
I'm using some feeds to populate my calendars, and caldav-sync to synchronise 
them in my Android.
In roundcube the calendars are fully populated with the feeds.
But I can't see them in my Android.
The events I create are synchronised but not the ones from the feeds.

I checked into the db (I'm using Baikal), and the calendars synchronised with 
the feeds are empty.

Is this a bug ? Or could this be a feature : really adding the feeds into the 
caldav backend, instead of only displaying them in the calendar.

Feeds are not sync'ed by CalDAV. Your device has to support ics calendars.
