[carddav_plus] - Special chars in CalDAV links #775

I.  Issue Description: In some CalDAV links specialcaracters like @ or space 
are changed to %40 when i save. Only Links the user is corect.

II. After save i can't change any thing

Please post examples. I understand you have an issue but I don't understand 
what's the issue.

Post what is saved and what you expect to be saved.
