[tabbed] Since RC 1.0.4 unable to logout regulairly

I.  Issue Description:
With enabled Tabbed plugin the logout functionality stops working. 
After clicking on "Logout", I get:

SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
 Error No. [501]

From httpd log:
[Tue Feb 10 09:41:00 2015] [error] [client X.X.X.X] PHP Warning:  Error loading 
template for logout in 
/usr/share/roundcubemail-zly/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube.php on line 1246, 
referer: https://webmail.example.com/roundcubex/?_task=settings

and user kept logged in. 

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. have RC version 1.0.4 or above
2. enable Tabbed plugin
3. click on logout button

Issue started since RC version 1.0.4. In version RC 1.0.3 everythings worked 
fine. I have tried with Tabbed version 1.0.26 and with 1.0.30 as well. without 
improvement.

In which version? Just checked plugins list and Tabbed is still in version 
1.0.30 which does not provide resolution (as I mentioned).

the situation is following:
- with roundcube 1.0.4 or 1.0.5 with enabled Tabbed plugin (1.0.26 or 1.0.30) I 
am unable use logout button - SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE! Error No. [501]
- with same roundcube version, same settings like in step before, but with 
disabled Tabbed plugin, I can safely use logout and get logged out correctly.

but you are saying that it is not caused by Tabbed.

I have temporarily disabled all plugins except of Tabbed and plugin manager 
itself. Result? Issue is same - can't logout regularly. 

For me everything is pointing to Tabbed. Secondly I don't understand how can 
another plugin introduce RC issue via Tabbed plugin? But yes, I just saw very 
similar behavior - after last update of plugin manager (from 26.0.7 to ver 
28.0.11) with keeping Calendar plugin on version 18.2.5 Roundcube suddenly 
stopped show me emails in any folders including INBOX (yes completely 
calendaring-unrelated thing), I have to disable it as well.. 

but in this case again - I have disabled all other plugins and kept only Tabbed 
activated. Issue is simply reproducible for me - in two standalone RoundCube 
instances (different servers).
