I.  Issue Description:

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:

When I want to enable the calendar it needs a mysql update, when I allow I get 
a white page without any error in the php log.

I am forgetting when changing a setting of plugin manager is is constantly 
refreshing the page so that I cannot change any setting anymore, I have tried 
Chrome or Firefox with same reloading error.

relogging does not work only a database restore works.

I have found the issue, I was missing libcalendaring plugin.
