Same question as every time ... Are you able to duplicate the issue @
https://s2.myroundcube.com ?

Please open tickets only if you are able to duplicate the issue by using our
demo or if you are able to provide an issue description which makes it possible
for us to duplicate the issue.

Your issue does not happen on our servers unless you convince me from the
opposite.

I would be unable to recreate this on your site as I cannot make a brand
new email user on your system and login with the new credentials to see if
calendars are created or not.

Upon further inspection, I registered a new account on your test site and
it only setup Default local calendar.

I'm sorry, I forgot to enable this feature when moving the demo from Roundcube
1.0.5 to Roundcube 1.1.0. Please test again.

Fixed. Please post configuration next time. If you would have done I'm quite
sure I had been able to fix this bug within minutes. I had to guess what might
cause the issue and it took me quite a while to figure out the issue.
