[calendar_plus] - calendar_plus does not appear in Plugin Manager "Settings" section. #815

I.  Issue Description:

I am not able to use the calendar_plus plugin to connect to remote CalDAV 
servers.  I have downloaded the plugin and the folder is there under the 
roundcube/plugins directory.  The calendar plugin is working -- but not 
calendar_plus

II. Steps to reproduce the Issue:
1. Download calendar_plus plugin
2. Unzip into the plugins directory
3. Go to roundcube settings as administrator and look in plugin_manager config. 
 calendar_plus does not appear in the plugin menu, but does appear in the 
customer downloads area (see attached images)

Roundcube core patches are installed. Nothing in the roundcube/log/errors file.

You don't report a bug because "calendar_plus" is loaded automatically by 
"calendar" plugin.
