[dev] Unofficial ExtraSounds `v3`

A release date was recently announced for major Minecraft 1.21 version, named “Tricky Trials Update”. I also contacted Stashy in last June, who owns the original repo. Time passes so quickly.

So, I’ll announce the new features will be rolling, too. I’d raise the version of this fork to v3 at June 13. Just one Jar has many Minecraft compatibility. This idea was inspired by the original author, Stashy. The original v3 branch can be found here.

I had been planning to keep this fork originally for contributions after the original repo went up to v3, but it was surprisingly fun to try, and I got a lot of coding done. Permission is granted directly by the original author, and there are no limitations/restrictions by license. It looks like I can go straight ahead without any delay.

But please remember... this fork is still UNOFFICIAL and everything I code and release is third-party!

If I can get there in time, I’ll also target MC 1.18 family, the earliest versions supported by Java 17.

For MC 1.17 family and below should consider switching to Java 8. Will consider if requested.

Now v3 is moved from draft to staging and GitHub workflow is up and running: ~port/1.21 branch~. But as always, it’ll be removed when stable version is released. edit: Branch has been removed.
