decodeURI #41

I found that it's 2 times encoded. You only see the difference if you have many symbols that have to be encoded

Can you give me an example of a slug with this issue? Having trouble reproducing the problem.

I tried making some funky slugs in WordPress, but they're all sanitized. Then I cheated and edited the export file directly to change a slug to "шеллы" and it behaved as expected.

probably because it was already encoded by WP. mostly it was from Russian tittles, here the blog - http://stepansuvorov.com/blog

Alright! I was able to reproduce with Как работает маршрутизатор Angular. It really is a mess. 😄
