add timezone config #65

Hello. If you are using wordpress in a foreigntime zone, it seems that the output dates will not match. e.g. If I write article in the morning to wordpress running on Asia/Tokyo and export it.

This will change the url of the ported blog. http://mysite.jp/2020/01/04/my-morning-post

It will be more useful if i can config it.

Thank you! They code was refactored since you created this PR, so I had to move some things around, but this PR is merged now.
