Text block for SiteView is added to jar resources now. This isn't convenient as any change requires project rebuild and deploy. An option should be added to application.yml with content.html URI. Default should be a resource URI (the same as now) and there should be a possibility to pass a file:// value for external file that will be easy to moderate
