Implement logic that created unique identifiers for diagram elements:
for block elements use declared identifier
for links use composite identifier from+to+declaration_line_number
This identifiers must be attached to elements in graphviz generated SVG.
Frontend would receive a special structure from translator mapping generated identifiers to their declaration position in editor.
