Make landing wizard for newly registered users #61

For newly created accounts after redirect to Editor a tutorial wizard needed to help start using service. Steps to implement:

  1. Create a repository. Show user naming limitations
  2. Create a file. Show user naming limitations, ask which level a user needs: context or container
  3. Create a repository and a file, make them active and show a screen with additional help information. Links to project wiki and Github
