[Bug]: when a modder is boss and you play chop shop mission, the mission wont complete. #46

Describe the bug

there can be issues like

cargo not visible when dropped by helicopter
unable to deliver equipments in yellow marker of chop shop
scrapping truck after delivery says not delivered

Steps To Reproduce

play chop shop mission with modder and that person should be boss.

Expected Behavior

missions completely properly
