I am running the software on a tree file generated from BEAST2 software. I have made all the other changes suggested in Read me file. But how do I change the following to "correct" format. Its the output tree file from BEAST2 run.

incorrect format in my tree-

_tree STATE_2501000 = ((((((((((((((((((((1[&rate=2.8755151906732075]:0.8624480263035175,((487[&rate=0.31471708510328367 tree STATE_2502000 = ((((((((((((((((((((1[&rate=2.8728837711341693]:0.855875795101136,((487[&rate=0.30825580260007357] tree STATE_2503000 = ((((((((((((((((((((1[&rate=2.8728837711341693]:0.8578542352160485,((487[&rate=0.30825580260007357 tree STATE2504000 = ((((((((((((((((((((1[&rate=2.8743205802353304]:0.857062907137151,((487[&rate=0.3116125366430413]:

correct format in example.trees file-
