Crash on configuration update #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a call and release it
2. Change one of the configuration parameters
3. Press ok

In the background a protocol stack is restarted (shutdown, start). This
cause application crash.

Error found in reinitializing psjip media lib.
Pjsip stack (pjsipdll.dll) upgraded.
