装了JRE环境了，还是运行不了 #1

装了JRE环境了，还是运行不了，我到cmd方式，用java -jar 
webpage-tunnel-0.1.jar
命令方式运行。 出错信息为; 
java.io.IOException:系统找不到指定的路径。

    at java.io.WinNTFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Native Method) 
               at java.io.File.createNewFile(Unkonw Source) 
               at webpagetunnel.Common.initCertificate(Common.java:26) 
               at webpagetunnel.MainFrame.main(MainFreame.java:74) 

运行环境为win2003 server，JRE是新装的最新版。

麻烦下载新的zip测试以下，执行里面exe，会自动检测调用jre��
�行的。
