Need to document; in particular, how to set up headset marker offset so head pivot point is correct. The problem isn't specific to Nolo, however.

https://github.com/OSVR/OSVR-Docs/blob/master/Extending-OSVR/ConfiguringHDKViveTracking.md is about using separate trackers. In particular someone should make a tool to set up the rotate and posttranslate clauses. I'm thinking perhaps use the hand trackers to mark an eye line and center.
