Bleed and Poison sometimes do not tick for damage vs ADVENT #1284

Tested with Venom Rounds and Reaper knives. Seems to always occur so not attaching save file

OK, I'm confused. The title says "Bleed and Poison sometimes do not tick for damage", but you're saying that it always occurs? How am I supposed to reproduce this? If you have a save, it would be much appreciated.

That was on the previous version. Maybe it was luck, but it no longer seems to happen so often this version.

Suspected to be DoT ticks "grazing" because they were applied by grazes, and to be a base game issue.
