Unequip personal while on secret mission #1394

By pressing the "unequip barracks" button, people who has gear and are on secret missions loose it

I believe this button is provided by robojumper's Squad Select. I always use the "Make ... Available" buttons on the loadout screen because they don't remove items permanently (unless you equip them on another soldier). Should probably check that "Make...Available" buttons don't strip soldiers that are infiltrating, on covert actions, or in havens.
