Ghost Grenade equippable #1520

Ghost Grenade appears in equippable utility item list: 20220106133010_1 Interestingly, it does not appear in Engineering > View Inventory.

I noticed this after completing a Chosen stronghold. A Reaper with the Ghost Grenade perk was present on the mission. I am playing the current Steam release version, which I think is 1.0.2.

On another playthrough I got a related bug. I had an equippable Sting Grenade, viewable in Engineering inventory, and sellable in Black Market. I had a Grenadier with the Sting Grenades perk on a Chosen stronghold mission.
