Frost Resistance (Losing 1 action instead of 2) does not currently work on boss units #1635

It was reported and I have tested with a minimum set up and it appears that using the frost bomb on boss units ( ie sectopods ) does not work properly and they are not losing any actions at all whereas the intended effect should be that they still lose one action.
