In Close Encounters, and probably Hit n Run's description as well, they state that it will not trigger the other's effect when instead it should state Run and Gun for more clarity. Run and Gun is included in the extended description but I suggest it should swap places and be put in the base description instead
I do not recall if Assaults were able to get these perks in lw2's AWC system (they were in the system but I do not recall if they were excluded) so this may have been leftover from that.
