Suggestion: do not unequip Shredstorm Cannons and Plasma Blasters from damaged SPARKs #1660

Since unlike normal soldiers they can continue to go on missions even if damaged, but the game still unequips their heavy weapon. Doesn't seem to happen for their guns and armor.
