Light Em Up is a lot more flexible and valuable for a class like grenadier which can take a shot and then weave into grenades vs double tap which will only allow the grenadier to take shots when they aren't that built for it

Closing this one with the complete XCOM row overhaul that just got pushed to Experimental.
