Soldier selection doesn't save #303

When I select my squad for a mission and return to the geoscape/ant farm the selection I had for that mission is either erased or a default selection of troops is selected - This can be time consuming sometimes, especially when you realise that you need to add a currently assigned haven adviser to your squad or reassign a soldier who is currently in officer/psi-labs training.

I am having a very similar issue. I have several squads set up and occasionally when I sub in wounded soldiers and launch for a mission it only sends the soldiers that are assigned to the squad, none of the subs. They even show up in the skyranger but I still have to reload because no I do not want to do a retaliation mission with only 3 soldiers.

I have related issue with squad manager: sending soldiers on mission with a squad they are not a part of automatically moves them from their normal squad into the one they were sent on mission with. This causes soldiers to move between the squads in the list by themselves without my input, and it often cant be manually corrected since you cant change membership of squads where a majority of the soldiers are busy infiltrating.
