“Barrier” dark event rebalance #606

What does Barrier do?It doubles enemies‘ will and hack defense,so the specialists and Psi-ops are going to have a hard time in about one month. According to its description(Advent add codex coding to its units,or something like that),I think it should be made as a permament dark event, with some nerf,of course: Instead of double the number,it only add 20 will and 20 hack defense to all enemies, which make hacking and Psi harder but not impossible. Also, the old LW 2 dark event"Advent firewall:+20 hack defense"may be removed, since it's just a weaker version of "Barrier".

I rather not have these RNG based classes being permamently crippled, if you push it far enough then people will simply stop bothering with these abilities in the first place and such they will go for direct damage thats undodgeable. Its also hard to keep up with these stats and if you get it somewhat early, it will take a looong time before you get another tier of gremlins or psiamps so its even worth trying. Like to get to the final tier, you need sectopod and gatekeeper corpses.

I rather have a month of almost not being able to hack and control, rather than being midly penalized for the rest of the game.

But in LW2, advent firewalls was permanent. So, with the introduction of new enemies, it makes sense to consider tactical upgrades that are necessary as a way to counter xcom's power creep, unless you are just playing vanilla. That being said, I think most M2 and M3 variants of enemies have higher wills to compensate, so it might not be necessary to apply this to all of them. Priests and codices are good candidates since you should not just be rolling a random mind-control on psionically gifted advent anyway. When to have the dark event trigger can be changed, for instance when a codex is first encountered. And i like the +20 change to both
