Psi operatives not able to train in training center #695

I know with the first long war one of my favorite soldiers was my psi pistoleer. But I am unable to train any Psi units in the training center. Is this working as intended?

Well you cant train them because bonus skills have been moved as in part of the XCOM skills that are RNG generated and you have AP to spend it on and Psiops cant get these so you cant train them. I think this should change and Psiops should be able to get XCOM and pistol skills.
