Asynch next release #126

The previous v0.2.5 release was a bit yanked by API reconsideration, now it is fixed and perhaps it is the time to release the next version of asynch with bugfixes from the PR #124 and deprecation warnings removed in the PRs #120 and #125 .

@itssimon, please consider closing the issue #121 after testing the next release.

@stankudrow, thanks for your work on this repository. However, pestering people with mentions in short succession is not appreciated. Please be patient, people will get to it in their own time.

Also, obviously there have been some major breaking changes recently, which warrants at least a new minor version v0.3.0. Breaking changes in patch versions are not good practice.
