I am getting kernel panic #4

Can you provide ssd information?

skhynix ssd is not supported and will cause panic, you need to replace another ssd

You can choose SSDs from WD

you are correct, i disabled SSD(HDD) from BIOS and tried to boot with USB and everything goes while and booted successfully
