特殊说明：
由于 zoom:1 的情况非常普遍，detector 中判断条件为 zoom 
设置值大于 1 时才出现提示信息。
但是根据 中日韩英 
四种语系页面的检测程度来看，这种情况的结果为 0 。
说明 xomm 值大于 1 的情况非常罕见。
此 detector 暂定为 WontFix
