重写代码：
在标准模式 (S) 下时；
找到 position 为 'static' 且 overflow 不为 'visible' 的元素；
向内检测，是否有 position 为 'relative'的元素；
如果有，判断其是否溢出父元素。
溢出则报警告 RV1002。

模式因此无实际差异)
