上一轮测试误报结果已修复。

第四轮测试：

中文页面 准确率 100% (0/10)
英文页面 准确率 100% (0/10)

旧的 Detector 有问题：

1. 对于某一特定顺序的 id 有误报，如：
<span Id="Foo">span[Id=Foo]</span><br>
<em ID="foo">em[ID=foo]</em><br>
<A Name="Foo">a[Name=Foo]</A><br>
<button NAME="foo">button[NAME=foo]</button><br>

2. 无法判断动态插入的元素。

重写此 Detector，待测试。
