Please add “scenario mode” or “user profile ” functions！ #250

Sometimes, mobile phone data is not enough, I want to switch to only one or two 
programs networking, sometimes remaining amount is enough, I will switch back 
to the normal configuration.

Each manual switching, select each program is very troublesome.

I would like to have a list of configurable buttons .Each would toggle one or 
more rules when pressed. Maybe press and hold might allow configuration. It 
would be useful to have access from home screen, e.g. shortcut to activity. I 
think my feature request aligns with this issue #250.
