Packaging Options #229

In addition to #204 and #219 packaging options will be required. This probably makes sense to be generally available with the package as it is a common requirement between all carriers.

This is good. It should be kept separate from #204/#219 and the related PR's. It is important that this is also an optional feature. Small retailers often dont have different packaging options
