Nên thêm nút thoát ở chức năng AdminRelogin #9

Admin login lâu sẽ bị out tại đây: index.php?adminrelogin=1

Nên thêm nút thoát để tránh việc bắt người ta login tới 3 
lần.

Nếu cao cấp hơn, nên viết thêm chức năng xóa cookies tạo bởi 
site để mọi thành viên sử dụng chung. Như vậy thì nút thoát 
ở AdminRelogin cũng chỉ cần link đến phần xóa cookies.
