What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. it's possible to use 4umaps.eu as offline map data in osmdroid??Thanks

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
osmdroid 3.0.7

Please provide any additional information below.
4umaps.eu is a new source present in Mobile Atlas (MOBAC) 1.9.6

i have written a mail to info@4umaps.eu asking the kind of license.
at this link http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/List_of_OSM_based_Services the 
maps seems to be free material
