Library - Video Frozen bug #862

Issue Description

Video Layer freezes when in Library swiping to another media while video is playing:

Description and Steps

  1. Run Example app
  2. Tap on Library selection
  3. Select a video
  4. Play a video
  5. Swipe left/right to change media
  6. Swipe back to video
  7. Tap play

Observe video frozen, but the audio is playing
