Please update mesa virgl and add option to install wined3d #61

Hey can you update mesa virgl version to latest and add a option to install wined3d and if you don't have time to compile mesa virgl then tell me i have tried many times to compile but I failed you can guide me please we mali users doesn't have much options in emulation. Thank you.

I just wanted to get latest mesa virgl and i know Virgl only support directx9 and bro virgl also support directx10 I have tried i tried to run gta 5 on my mali device the game boot successfully but when the prologue started it's black screen but the game was running in the background and when I fire the gun it's working i think I'm getting arround 5-6 fps maybe the black screen fix with virgl

Edit: And DirectX10 is supported by using Opengl3.3 DXTN and i tested it in mobox it's working only there and in winlator not booting and i also tried in box64droid but it's not working also there i remember it's giving me some rockstar launcher error but the game was working in mali with mobox but black screen

emm.. I will try compile new virgl, through I don't think it will help.. And wined3d installation won't support since it is totally bind with wine version.

Okay waiting for 7.1.4

@longjunyu2 Yes, wined3d 4.18, wined3d 4.13 are needed for virgl users.
