wrong value appended to path varenv #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing v3 with full options
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
seen : path=...;%ANT_HOME%\bin
expected : path=...;<value of ANT_HOME>\bin (ex:path=...;c:\Program
files\winant\bin)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

in fact %ANT_HOME%\bin has been added to path in "user env var" not "system env 
var"
and this seem not to work.

this issue should be fixed in v4.1. please try it out and let me know if the 
bug 
remains
