Suggestion: disallow_dismiss on hover #65

Hi, excellent work. Can I suggest to add another option, such as disallow_dismiss on hover.

What a great idea. I have added to a new version of this library I've called bootstrapPurr, though have left the custom fork untouched. The fork by the way does offer new features e.g. draggable alerts. =)
