Application connection error #2

How can I connect this given android application with esp32 burnt from your given Arduino code, as I have zero knowledge of android studio or connection scripts of the application. I have opened the application and there is nothing is displayed on the screen except controls and controls are not working also. I want you to help me out with this Sir. Thanks
