pine64drmso.dts is missing #33

The file is needed by the make_kernel_tarball.sh script to generate a drm kernel tarball, but it seems to be missing.

Yeah well - feel free to open up a pull request which adds it. If you do not need support for that variant of Pine64 simple comment the line which tries to create the "so" dtb.
