Some simplifications and formatting

Hi, what is the need for this? It seems only to change cosmetics which are beyond repair in this Kernel tree. Any patches like those only introduce conflicts on possible future merges from updated BSPs. Please explain - thanks.

I’m sorry that this caused trouble.

I just wanted to clean the code in my branch and remove unneeded lines in that file. I just though that you could be interested.

Please feel free of deleting my pull request

No trouble, but please forgive me for not merging - i want to avoid possbile future merge issues from upstream BSP.
