Add more view options to the mini-map widget

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To remove some items from the view menu and get them into the main map area, add an elipsis icon to a corner of the mini-map widget that expands to show options to show/hide features of the map.

Add icons to do what happens with these view menu items do:

• View -> City Outlines
• View -> City Output
• View -> Map Grid
• View -> National Borders
• View -> Native Tiles
• View -> City Names
• View -> City Growth
• View -> City Production Levels
• View -> City Buy Cost
• View -> City Trade Routes

Describe alternatives you've considered None.

Additional context This is part of an effort to get rid of the menu system to make the game client more immersive and game-like and less like an office productivity app.

I first thought that this was about the minimap (as it also supports this kind of options)... I guess this can mean that the proposed UI is a bit confusing?
