What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using a Telstra sim card, connect to VPN
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Initial network process fails with:
MGMT:Got unrecognized command>FATAL:Assertion failed at
openvpn//src/openvpn/socket.c:667
P:RESOLVE: Cannot resolve host address: 10.1.1.181:4 @0 (servname not
supported for ai_socktype)
P:MANAGEMENT: Client disconnected
P:Assertion failed at openvpn//src/openvpn/socket.c:667
P:Exiting due to fatal error

What mobile phone are you using?
Samsung GT-i9305 (Galaxy S III 4G/LTE)

Which Android Version and stock ROM or aftermarket like cyanogenmod?
Stock Samsung 4.1.1, Baseband version I9305ZHALI2, Build Number
JRO03C.i9305ZHBLJ1, Kernel vesion 3.0.31.399890

Please provide any additional information below.
A log file is attached (txt format with Unicode). As you can see it doesn't get
past checking the mobile network is OK. Works fine if i use an APN without a
proxy, but i'd like to not do that. This only stopped working after the 0.5.26
update. It worked perfectly previous to that.
