First, thanks for your all hard work. Since you mentioned "Needs a lot of work"
and do not speak Hebrew.
I can add your partial translation to the official app. I would be good if you
at least "translate" the translationby string too. I can also build an updated
apk with the translation for you if you want. Last but not least I can give you
commit access to the repository so you can commit the translation yourself.

I am waiting for a response of the submitter or someone else who can speak
hebrew in order to take any action on this patch.

I am not exactly sure what you mean by continue editing. But I think you
talking about the google code edit feature.
I attached a strings.xml with your translations already added. You can simply
edit this file and upload the finished version. If you prefer editing with the
google I can check in the new version and give you link

I added your account as commit, that means you can make the changes yourself.
The hebrew translation is under
http://code.google.com/p/ics-openvpn/source/browse/res/values-he/strings.xml
I removed the not translated and untraslatable strings from the file. Can you
please fille out the translationby string?
The string should like this:
<string name="translationby">English translation by Arne
Schwabe<arne@rfc2549.org></string>
The missing translation can be lookup up in the file
http://code.google.com/p/ics-openvpn/source/browse/missingtranslations.txt
You can simple add a line with a translation to strings.xml the order does not
matter.

I think with moving to crowdin this should work much better than with the
google editor.
